TEAM Foundation operates under the umbrella of a Board of Directors and several standing committees.  Members of our staff have many years of experience in leadership positions such as Management, Business Administration, Economics, Education, Research & Development and Human Resources.  Our overseas initiatives involving projects are facilitated under the supervision of a project manager and assisted by community personnel.
